Voltages and plug shapes differ around the world: according to Wikipedia, most of the world supplies 220 to 240 volts, with North America the biggest exception. Order early rather than cutting it close. In-stock frames go out after a short handling time, and transit times vary by region; our shipping page lists current estimates. Custom and mounting orders take longer: a custom brief includes a quote and an approval step, and mounting adds the time to ship your piece to us. When you request a quote, include your deadline and delivery country.
